Secret Weapons charges a flat shipping rate!

Prices are outlined below and are in Australian Dollars.

Shipping within Australia

Standard: AUD $7.00 (Allow 7 working days)

Express: AUD $9.90 (Express delivery takes up to 4 working days)

Please note: All orders are sent from Melbourne. If you live in WA, NT, Far North Queensland or remote rural areas you may need to allow a few extra days for postage.

Shipping outside Australia

Flat rate of $20.00 (International orders are sent via Air Mail Express, which means to most locations your order should be delivered within 7-14 days)

Please note: it is the customer’s responsibility to pay any overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed. Check with your local customs office for more information.

Gift Wrapping

Sending Secret Weapons as a gift to someone special? We can gift wrap your purchase prior to sending and include a gift card for an additional $5.00.

Delivery

Delivery times will differ depending on whether you choose to have your purchases delivered Standard or Express. Please note the delivery times are calculated on business days (generally Monday – Friday except holidays).

We try our best to get your order to you as soon as possible! Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (eg: strikes, acts of mother nature etc.).

All product colours are reproduced as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur and the colour of our products may appear slightly different via this web site due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings.

Refunds & Returns:

Received the wrong products from Secret Weapons after placing an order?  That’s extremely unlikely, but if you do, don’t worry, just contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will fix it!

Received your Secret Weapons order and changed your mind? Returns for refund will only be accepted within 7 days of you receiving the goods. A restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price will be deducted. All returned goods must be in their original condition and sealed within their original packaging. Shipping and handling cost are not refundable. We think it’s unlikely, but this return for refund policy is only applicable if you change your mind!

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns where the packaging has been opened.
