Shipping prices outlined below are in Australian Dollars. Orders are delivered by Australia Post.
Shipping within Australia
- Free Shipping on all orders within Australia over $40
- $6.95 Express Shipping on all Australian orders over $40
- Standard: AUD $9.90 (Allow 5 -10 working days) for orders under $40
- Express: AUD $14.95 for orders under $40
All orders are sent via Australia Post from Victoria. Express shipping occurs within 4 working days unless you live in regional WA, NT, North Queensland or remote rural areas where you will need to allow a few extra days for delivery of both express and standard shipping orders.
Standard shipping can take anywhere between 5-14 days, depending on your location from Victoria.
Shipping outside Australia
- International orders are sent via Air Mail. The average delivery time of your order is usually 10 -12 days (to the USA) and a day or so extra for the UK and Europe
- $15.00 shipping fee outside Australia on orders between $30 and $100
- Free shipping outside Australia on orders over $100
- Flat rate of $20.00 outside Australia on orders under $30
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed. Check with your local customs office for more information.
Delivery
Delivery times with Australia will differ depending on whether you choose to have your purchases delivered Standard or Express. Please note the delivery times are calculated on business working days (Monday – Friday except holidays).
Our focus is to send your order out to you the very next day. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (eg: Australia Post, strikes, acts of mother nature etc.).
